Dr. Youssef Tahiri is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a subspecialty in Craniofacial Surgery. After graduating from McGill Medical School, in Montreal, Canada, he completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at McGill University and certified by the prestigious Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada as well as the American Board of Plastic Surgery. During his residency, he pursued a Masters Degree in Experimental Surgery, he obtained with Honors.
Following his training at McGill, Dr. Tahiri completed a Pediatric and Adult Craniofacial Surgery Fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and at the University of Pennsylvania.
After completing his Craniofacial Surgery training, Dr. Tahiri joined the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Indiana University and Riley Hospital for Children.
After a couple of years at Indiana University and specifically Riley Hospital for Children, Dr. Tahiri moved to Los Angeles to join Dr. Reinisch at Cedars Sinai Medical Center to partner and continue his practice of Microtia reconstruction and pediatric plastic and craniofacial surgery. Dr. Youssef Tahiri has published a large number of peer-review articles and presented his work at numerous regional, national and international scientific meetings. Dr. Tahiri is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has received acclaim for his expertise in craniofacial procedures and has attracted many North American and International patients. Caitlin is a physician assistant who received her Bachelor's degree in biology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She got her master's degree from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. She trained at Yale - New Haven Hospital and Boston Children's Hospital in Massachusetts. She joined Dr. Reinisch's practice in 2016.

Michelle is an International Services Representative. She graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She has lived in both China and the US. She speaks Mandarin and English beautifully.

Francheska is the Appointments Coordinator for Dr. Reinisch. She will coordinate your child’s consultation and postoperative visits. She is fluent in Russian and English and has served as a patient services representative since 2007.
